Senior Observability Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Observability Analyst to lead the evolution of the organization's observability strategy using Datadog, this full-time remote position will define standards, promote best practices, and implement a proactive approach based on metrics, logs, traces, and business indicators.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a technical and functional reference for the Datadog platform within the organization
- Design, implement, and evolve observability solutions utilizing various Datadog modules
- Develop proactive monitoring strategies based on SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and business indicators
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- Advanced experience with Datadog, including implementation and administration
- Practical experience with observability pillars: Logs, Metrics, and Distributed Tracing
- Experience with AWS environments and troubleshooting complex incidents
- Knowledge of automation using Python, Shell Script, or PowerShell
