Senior Observability Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Engineer I, Observability.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate and operate open source observability software such as OpenSearch and Grafana
- Implement features to enhance service operability and design next-generation metrics and logging
- Guide engineers on effectively utilizing observability systems to ensure service performance
Required Qualifications
- Experience with open source observability systems like OpenSearch and VictoriaMetrics
- Familiarity with running software on container orchestration systems such as Kubernetes
- Experience writing software in Golang, with knowledge of concurrency and distributed systems
- Experience with DevOps tooling such as Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD practices
- Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
