Senior Observability Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and optimization of enterprise observability platforms, the contract Senior Observability Engineer will work remotely to enhance platform reliability, scalability, and AIOps initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise observability platforms
• Develop and enforce observability standards and instrumentation strategies
• Drive AIOps initiatives, including intelligent automation and proactive root cause identification

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure architecture, or enterprise platform engineering
• Extensive experience designing and scaling enterprise observability platforms
• Expert knowledge of Dynatrace, IBM SevOne, Datadog, or comparable technologies
• Hands-on expertise with AIOps and AI-driven analytics
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise architecture
