Senior Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Occupancy Planner to provide space planning and data analysis for large clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review space requirements and create conceptual plans for clients
• Produce detailed drawings and presentations for project reviews
• Manage occupancy data and conduct space evaluations to ensure accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards for problem-solving
• Ability to apply technical experience to review solutions and make judgments
