Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Occupancy Planner who oversees and provides expertise in occupancy planning for the client's portfolio of space.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complex assets or regions within the client portfolio and manage multiple occupancy planners
- Direct planning and development of spatial activities and manage project activities such as relocations and consolidations
- Prepare operational presentations and reports, ensuring compliance with program standards and collaborating with various teams
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Occupancy Planner
- Ability to manage and coach a team effectively
- Experience in developing planning proposals and conducting space assessments
- Familiarity with compliance standards and operational processes
- Strong background in client relationship and vendor management
