Senior Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Occupancy Planner, remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster partnerships with clients to develop innovative space solutions and manage occupancy data
• Create occupancy plans and migration strategies while resolving planning issues during client sessions
• Utilize data to provide actionable recommendations and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, architecture, design, construction management, or related field preferred
• 5 to 7 years of experience in occupancy or space planning at a strategic level
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAFM/IWMS database management
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
