Senior Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Occupancy Planner to lead a team and manage occupancy planning services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team, setting expectations and providing coaching for high performance
• Act as the primary relationship manager for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Direct the planning and execution of space management projects, including relocations and renovations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in managing projects of varied scope and complexity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Autodesk AutoCAD software applications
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations
• Working knowledge of CAFM software and space management systems
• Experience in preparing operational presentations and reports
