Senior Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Occupancy Planner to develop innovative space solutions and manage occupancy data.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster partnerships with clients to deliver planning services and manage occupancy data
• Create occupancy plans, allocation plans, and move sequencing for planning projects
• Analyze data to provide actionable recommendations and resolve planning issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, architecture, design, construction management, or related field preferred
• 5 to 7 years of experience in occupancy or space planning at a strategic level
• Proficient in AutoCAD and CAFM/IWMS databases, with intermediate to advanced skills preferred
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
