Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Occupancy Planner, Global.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation of master space plans and manage space planning activities
- Develop relocation strategies and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Prepare and present space management data and develop innovative space solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 5-10 years of space and occupancy planning experience
- Minimum of five years' experience in a corporate real estate environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and CAFM at an intermediate level
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop conclusions and recommendations
- Experience with architectural and engineering drawings and office furniture systems
