Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Occupancy Planner, Global.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of master space plans and manage space planning activities
  • Develop relocation strategies and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Prepare and present space management data and develop innovative space solutions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 5-10 years of space and occupancy planning experience
  • Minimum of five years' experience in a corporate real estate environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and CAFM at an intermediate level
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop conclusions and recommendations
  • Experience with architectural and engineering drawings and office furniture systems
