Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in occupancy/space planning for corporate clients or related corporate real estate functions
• Bachelor's Degree
• Commercial interiors space planning skills using AutoCAD
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in CAFM/IWMS databases
• Knowledge of workplace strategy and office design principles
