Senior Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

Senior Occupancy Planner is a full-time remote position responsible for developing innovative space solutions, managing occupancy data, and ensuring alignment with workplace strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster partnerships with clients to deliver planning services and manage occupancy data
• Create occupancy plans, migration plans, and move sequencing for planning projects
• Analyze data to generate solutions for complex occupancy challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, architecture, design, construction management, or related field preferred
• 5 to 7 years of experience in occupancy or space planning at a strategic level
• Proficient in AutoCAD and CAFM/IWMS databases
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
