Job Summary
Providing space planning and data analysis, the full-time Senior Occupancy Planner will manage space requirements, create plans, and produce presentations for high-profile clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Review space requirements and provide conceptual plans to stakeholders
- Produce complex drawings and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings
- Manage occupancy data and prepare forecasts on space planning trends
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certification in Corporate Real Estate, LEED, or Facilities Management required
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills and advanced math skills for financial calculations
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards for solving complex problems
