Senior Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

Overseeing complex asset management, the full-time Senior Occupancy Planner will provide expertise in occupancy planning, ensuring alignment with client strategic vision while managing a portfolio of space remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the planning and development of spatial activities and manage multiple occupancy planners
• Prepare operational presentations and reports, and conduct meetings with clients and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with program standards and recommend process adjustments as needed

Required qualifications

• Proven experience as an Occupancy Planner with a track record of managing complex projects
• Ability to oversee a larger business unit relationship and conduct special projects related to occupancy
• Experience in developing planning proposals, site assessments, and supply and demand studies
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and managing teams
• Familiarity with core program standards and tools relevant to occupancy planning
