Senior Occupancy Planner
Job Summary
Supporting a key financial services client, the full-time remote Senior Occupancy Planner will manage strategy, occupancy planning, and design management responsibilities to create innovative workplace solutions that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with various teams to identify workplace requirements and translate them into planning solutions
- Develop feasibility studies, capacity analyses, and scenario modeling to support business decisions
- Analyze occupancy and portfolio data to drive strategic recommendations and optimize space utilization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of experience in workplace planning, occupancy planning, or related disciplines
- Experience with financial services institutions or large corporate portfolios is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead corporate workplace renovations and transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of occupancy planning methodologies and workplace standards
