Senior OCM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior OCM Analyst/OCM Consultant (or Sr. Comms Specialist).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of data sources and establish relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop and implement change management plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Track progress and provide regular reports on change initiatives to leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
• Understanding of OCM theories and models (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model)
• Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback
• Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
• Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information is preferred
