Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior OCM Delivery Lead - ERP Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the change vision for the ERP transformation, aligning it with business goals
Empower leaders by preparing them with necessary tools and coaching for effective sponsorship of the transformation
Deliver targeted, role-based communications and support role-based learning and enablement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Supply Chain, or related field (required)
Master's degree preferred (MBA, MSOD, or similar)
Change management certifications (Prosci, ACMP) are a plus
Proven experience supporting large-scale ERP transformations, ideally with Oracle deployments
Deep knowledge of global Procure to Pay, planning, and supply chain processes
