Senior OCM Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior OCM Manager, Digital Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of change management strategies for Digital Transformation projects
• Develop and implement change management plans, including communication and training strategies
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, while monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change management activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in change management principles and methodologies
• 3-5 years of experience in program management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; SAP experience preferred
• Preferred certifications include PROSCI and/or Six Sigma
