Senior OCM Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior OCM Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluates performance and quality, defines success metrics, and recommends process improvements
• Coordinates and implements process improvements based on best practices and regulatory compliance
• Conducts post-implementation reviews and creates metrics to assess the success of new or enhanced processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technical discipline or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of four years of experience in technical infrastructure, IT process design, or IT project management
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience is acceptable
• Experience with change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to operate autonomously and multitask in a fast-paced environment
