Senior OCM Training Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. OCM and Training Lead to manage organizational change management activities and training strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OCM activities, including stakeholder impact assessments and change strategy development
• Design learning curricula and training plans aligned with deployment waves and market requirements
• Monitor business readiness and provide regular updates and insights to program leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related transformation roles
• Senior-level practitioner with experience in enterprise-scale transformation programs
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments
• Experience leading change and training for large technology or planning transformations
• Required experience in change management and training strategy
