Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. OCM and Training Lead to manage organizational change management activities and training strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end OCM activities, including stakeholder impact assessments and change strategy development
- Design learning curricula and training plans aligned with deployment waves and market requirements
- Monitor business readiness and provide regular updates and insights to program leadership
Required Qualifications
- 10-12+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or related transformation roles
- Senior-level practitioner with experience in enterprise-scale transformation programs
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments
- Experience leading change and training for large technology or planning transformations
- Required experience in change management and training strategy
