Senior Offensive Security Engineer

Job Summary

As a key member of the Offensive Security team, the full-time Senior Offensive Security Engineer will assess and enhance Huntress' defenses against advanced cyber threats by planning and executing red team engagements, performing penetration tests, and collaborating with internal teams to address security concerns in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute red and purple team engagements to simulate advanced adversarial tactics
• Perform in-depth penetration tests on web applications, endpoint agents, and internal systems
• Collaborate with Security Operations Center and CSIRT teams to enhance detection and response capabilities

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an offensive security professional
• Deep knowledge of adversarial tradecraft
• Expert knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Skills in scripting languages
• Experience working in a primarily macOS environment is a significant asset
