Senior Offensive Security Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Offensive Security Engineer focused on enhancing AI-driven offensive security, this remote position will manage the development of autonomous red team agents, improve existing agent capabilities, and mentor team members in advanced offensive tooling.

Key responsibilities:

• Craft and build new red team agents for reconnaissance and exploitation against NVIDIA-owned targets
• Extend existing agent harnesses and develop verification layers to ensure exploit findings are accurate
• Mentor engineers and establish technical standards for agentic offensive tooling

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ years in security engineering, with a minimum of 4 years in offensive security roles
• Deep hands-on exploitation skills in web applications, cloud/Kubernetes, or systems/binary
• Strong software engineering skills in Python with experience shipping production code
• Practical experience building with LLMs and multi-agent orchestration
