Senior Onboarding Consultant
Job Summary
To ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients, the full-time remote Senior Onboarding Consultant will manage the onboarding and implementation process for new customers, collaborating with internal teams and providing hands-on support during product setup and training.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding and implementation process for new customers, ensuring timely deployment of the KnowBe4 platform
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales to design tailored onboarding plans based on customer goals
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Implementation, Onboarding, or Technical Consulting
- Familiarity with IT Security concepts and AI/SaaS technology
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Strong ability to learn new technical concepts and understand the KnowBe4 platform
