Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and onboarding from point of sale to successful implementation

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management/Implementations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with onboarding metrics and process improvement
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
  • Technical proficiency and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Experience in mentoring and managing teams is a plus
