Job Summary

Leading a team of Onboarding Consultants, the remote Senior Onboarding Manager will oversee complex enterprise implementations for the Hotels and Sports + Entertainment segments, ensuring operational success, customer satisfaction, and team development in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, setting standards for project management and operational excellence
  • Own the performance and strategic direction of the Enterprise Hotels and Sports + Entertainment segments, focusing on go-live execution and operational efficiency
  • Drive strategic operational improvements by designing scalable frameworks and processes that enhance implementation consistency and team efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in implementation or operational leadership within a SaaS or technology-driven environment, including 2+ years leading high-performing teams
  • Proven success in leading complex enterprise implementations or large-scale rollout programs
  • Demonstrated ability to design and scale operational processes that improve team efficiency and forecasting accuracy
  • Strong data-driven leadership skills with experience in using operational metrics to drive strategic improvements
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and engaging with C-suite leaders
