Senior Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Onboarding Specialist to lead high-impact client transitions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new e-commerce clients
• Configure accounting systems and integrate e-commerce platforms
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation and identify process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 4 or more years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or client onboarding roles
• At least 2 years of experience with e-commerce businesses or e-commerce accounting
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
