A company is looking for a Sr. North America Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute onboarding plans, ensuring timely completion and resource allocation
• Facilitate effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the onboarding process
• Identify process improvements and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in project management and planning
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and industry practices
• Experience in continuous improvement and quality management techniques
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant company systems
