Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. North America Onboarding Specialist responsible for managing customer onboarding projects and ensuring effective communication and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute project plans, prioritize resources, and ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks
- Facilitate communication with clients and internal teams, managing meetings and workshops
- Identify process improvements and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of related experience in project management and international trade
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- Strong knowledge of project management and continuous improvement techniques
- Experience with Microsoft Office and relevant company systems
- Ability to work in a customer-centric environment and manage multiple priorities
