Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. North America Onboarding Specialist responsible for managing customer onboarding projects and ensuring effective communication and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute project plans, prioritize resources, and ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks
  • Facilitate communication with clients and internal teams, managing meetings and workshops
  • Identify process improvements and manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of related experience in project management and international trade
  • Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
  • Strong knowledge of project management and continuous improvement techniques
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and relevant company systems
  • Ability to work in a customer-centric environment and manage multiple priorities
