Job Summary

Leading the onboarding process for enterprise partnerships, the full-time Senior Onboarding Specialist will manage client transitions from signed deals to successful launches, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end onboarding for assigned strategic and national accounts, guiding partners through the launch process
  • Drive a pipeline of partner launches with clear timelines and maintain consistent communication with partners and internal teams
  • Create and maintain partner-facing onboarding materials, ensuring all onboarding requirements and statuses are documented accurately
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in an external-facing role, preferably in a B2C or B2B technology company or high-growth startup
  • Proven experience managing complex partner or client onboarding with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency through streamlined workflows
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to build relationships and drive accountability across teams
