Job Summary
Leading complex onboarding projects for medium to large enterprise customers, the full-time salaried Senior Onboarding Specialist will deliver high-quality onboarding experiences, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer success in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service
- Mentor onboarding team members on best practices and project management techniques
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer feedback and influence platform improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar customer success onboarding role required
- Proven track record of leading onboarding projects with enterprise customers
- Certificate in Project Management (PMP) preferred
- Experience with FoodLogiQ, Salesforce, JIRA, or similar tools preferred
