Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Onboarding Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, building relationships and serving as a trusted advisor
- Leverage predictive signals to guide customer journeys and facilitate product adoption
- Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights to influence products and services
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in Customer Success or related SaaS roles with enterprise relationship management experience
- Demonstrated experience in driving adoption and business transformation in large organizations
- Expertise in stakeholder management and consultative engagement
- Understanding of Jira and Confluence end-user use cases
- Experience with CRM tools like Gainsight and Salesforce
