Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Onboarding Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, building relationships and serving as a trusted advisor
  • Leverage predictive signals to guide customer journeys and facilitate product adoption
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights to influence products and services
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in Customer Success or related SaaS roles with enterprise relationship management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in driving adoption and business transformation in large organizations
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and consultative engagement
  • Understanding of Jira and Confluence end-user use cases
  • Experience with CRM tools like Gainsight and Salesforce
