Senior Open Source Design Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative AI development, the full-time Senior Open Source Design Engineer will design, prototype, and ship user interfaces for Arize Phoenix, focusing on enhancing both human and agent experiences in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build compelling product experiences across UI-driven and programmatic workflows
• Develop reusable components and templates for the design system from concept to production
• Prototype new AI features and UI patterns to visualize performance and explain AI behavior

Required qualifications

• Strong frontend engineering skills in React and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of interaction design and information architecture
