Senior OpenShift Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior OpenShift Engineer to design, deploy, and manage OpenShift infrastructure with a focus on bare metal deployments and OpenShift Virtualization, working remotely from North Carolina.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift clusters on bare metal, including node management and OpenShift Virtualization (KubeVirt)
• Automate infrastructure management using tools like Ansible and Python
• Implement monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting for the OpenShift environment

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift
• 3+ years of experience with OpenShift on bare metal and OpenShift Virtualization
• 3+ years of experience with Ansible
• Experience implementing CSI (Ceph, Portworx, etc.)
• Experience with Operators and OLM
