Senior OpenText Documentum Consultant

Job Summary

To support the growth of its North American operations, a freelance Senior OpenText Documentum Technical Consultant will serve as the technical lead on client projects, managing the end-to-end delivery of OpenText/Documentum solutions while engaging in pre-sales activities and mentoring technical staff in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of OpenText/Documentum solutions, from design to implementation
• Engage in pre-sales activities, understanding client needs and shaping proposals
• Mentor internal and contract technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence

Required qualifications

• Deep expertise in OpenText/Documentum, including hands-on experience with Documentum Webtop and D2
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or .NET for custom development
• Experience with SQL and database management (Oracle, MS SQL, Postgres)
• Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ECM workloads
• Proven experience leading technical teams and driving successful project outcomes
