Senior Operational Excellence Manager

Job Summary

Driving cross-functional operational improvement initiatives, the full-time Senior Operational Excellence Manager will design and implement programs to enhance efficiency across multiple business domains while building stakeholder relationships and delivering measurable business value in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence programs across multiple business domains, executing 10-12 major transformation initiatives annually
• Manage complex operational challenges by orchestrating stakeholder relationships and architecting integrated solutions across domains
• Coach and mentor team members on advanced operational excellence methodologies to elevate organizational maturity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in operational excellence or process improvement with a proven track record in multi-domain program management
• Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Master certification with demonstrated expertise in multiple process improvement frameworks
• Advanced communication and influence skills with experience presenting to department heads and executive stakeholders
• Experience applying AI to operational workflows, including redesign and automation initiatives
