Senior Operational Risk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Operational Risk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and review of the Operational Risk Management Methodology Frameworks, focusing on RCSA and Control Testing
• Manage and implement changes to the RCSA Operational Risk Framework and related procedures to align with industry best practices
• Produce analysis and reporting on Operational Risk Frameworks and manage internal and external exams with regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Operational Risk
• Experience with Operational Risk Management Frameworks, including RCSA and Control Assessment
• Knowledge of regulatory guidance related to Enterprise and Operational Risk
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with Governance Risk and Control (GRC) tools and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
