Senior Operational Risk Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Operational Risk Consultant to evaluate and remediate operational risks in the Life and MG New Business and Underwriting sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workflow risk reviews and develop remediation plans for Market Conduct findings
• Research vulnerabilities in processes to identify risks and exposures
• Serve as an intermediary between the Life Underwriting & New Business team and legal/compliance partners

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years of experience in Operational Risk
• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the Life Insurance Industry
• Demonstrated ability to identify and recommend process improvements
• Strong project management leadership skills
