Senior Operational Risk Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operational Risk Officer for the Consumer Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute risk oversight activities for the Consumer Bank and operational risk programs
• Provide guidance and oversight on legal, regulatory, and operational risk issues
• Develop and implement operational risk policies, procedures, and training for line of business personnel

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Operational Risk or related functions
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across the organization
• In-depth knowledge of internal controls, risk assessments, and compliance processes
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills
