Job Summary

Senior Operations Accountant is a full-time, exempt position responsible for executing month-end close activities, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring compliance with GAAP while collaborating with distribution centers and leadership for accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Own assigned accounting areas, ensuring organized records and accuracy of account balances
• Execute month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and implement process improvements for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and fundamental accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability with a proactive mindset
