Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Advisory Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cashiering and advisory operations queues, including transactions
• Provide support and resolution for inquiries from Financial Professionals and Field Offices
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience required
• SIE and S99 required or both to be obtained within 12 months of hire
• S7 and S24 preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a broker/dealer within operations
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry
