A company is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operations and data to set and modify goals, budget, compliance, and staffing
• Develop project plans, negotiate scope, and monitor operational performance
• Collaborate with business leaders to build and analyze metrics through data visualizations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with relevant professional experience
• 2+ years of experience developing SQL queries and manipulating relational database data
• 2+ years of experience managing data sets from various sources, including contact center infrastructure models
