Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate onboarding of customers through various channels and fraud mitigation
• Manage timely processing of market transactions and update contract and utility rates
• Act as a liaison between transaction management and customer experience, support revenue assurance, and provide monthly reporting statistics

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in Retail Energy and ERCOT market operations
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent market experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of meeting company objectives
