Job Summary

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration to address complex operational challenges
• Strong analytical skills to break down workflows and identify root causes
• Familiarity with technology platforms such as CRMs or operational databases is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
