Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst who will enhance profitability and efficiency through data analysis and process evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic improvement projects by leveraging data analysis, process evaluation, and performance metrics
• Serve as a liaison between business operations and data engineering to translate business objectives into technical requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Operations Management, or related field
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
• 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or business consulting
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Experience in process documentation, requirements gathering, and workflow redesign
