A company is looking for a Sr. Operations Analyst - Training Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee student enrollment, cancellations, and rescheduling to ensure smooth operations
• Create and maintain a yearly schedule of instructor-led classes
• Analyze class metrics and recommend optimizations to business leaders

Required Qualifications

• A four-year degree in Business Management or related fields
• 4-6 years of experience in customer service and operations
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Ability to innovate and improve existing processes
• Experience in a fast-paced technology and/or security company is a plus
