Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Services Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Revenue Recognition Process and provide first-level support to field users
• Analyze data and prepare reports to characterize business performance and inform management
• Consolidate forecasts for bookings, revenue, and expenses, and lead monthly billing activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in a reporting or process improvement role
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with Salesforce or Certinia is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial and business acumen
