Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to support strategic business initiatives and manage shared service processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges
• Gather and analyze complex data to identify trends and support decision-making
• Collaborate with teams to define operational support requirements and improve business processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (BS) and 2 - 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a complex business environment
• Prior experience in the property and casualty insurance industry is desirable
• Experience with insurance policy management/administration systems is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Organizational Change Management standards is preferred
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
