Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Operations Analyst, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to develop decision support tools and ensure compliance with controls during audits
• Collaborate with end users and project teams to define requirements and prioritize project delivery related to accounts receivable
• Build and maintain accurate reports and dashboards, conducting functional testing to ensure programming meets specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an analytics-related occupation
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and Excel
• Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, QlikSense, and Tableau
• Familiarity with customer master data, invoicing, file reconciliation, and cash application processes
