Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Operations Analyst, a full-time salaried position, is responsible for supporting energy efficiency and demand response programs through data management, reporting development, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, validate, and analyze program data across multiple systems and stakeholders
• Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards to support program tracking and performance reporting
• Coordinate data integration efforts and support system integrations with internal and external IT teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience in program operations, data analytics, or system integration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred
• Experience with large datasets and data validation processes
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Experience supporting utility, energy efficiency, or demand response programs preferred but not required
