Job Summary

Driving strategic leadership and global operational excellence, the full-time remote Senior Operations Analyst will manage the orchestration of RFx triage operations, oversee automation initiatives, and ensure compliance and quality standards across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global RFx triage operations to ensure 24/7 coverage and support across regions
• Project manage automation initiatives for the RFx intake and assignment process, focusing on AI-driven solutions
• Oversee compliance and quality assurance for RFx triage systems, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements

Required qualifications

• Experience operating at a senior analyst level in operations and execution
• Proven ability to manage international operations across multiple countries
• Strong background in scalable frameworks and AI-driven process automation
• Experience in bid management or operations management within the technology consulting industry
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools and CRM/ERP data
