Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Managing a $2.75 billion portfolio of CRA qualified equity investments, the full-time Senior Operations Analyst will perform end-to-end servicing of fund investments, maintain investment records, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and streamline operational processes in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end servicing for fund investments, including capital calls and distributions
• Maintain investment records and portfolio trackers, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies
• Coordinate quarterly reporting cycles and prepare financial reporting for CRA investments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investment operations or related middle/back-office functions
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience processing and reconciling fund cash flows and maintaining accurate investment records
• Strong understanding of private funds reporting packages and advanced Excel skills
• Proven ability to execute controls and maintain audit-ready documentation
